- 18 jumbo shells
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar tomato spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook shells according to package directions.

2Drain.

3Combine cheeses, egg, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.

4Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture.

5Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan.

6Place shells open side down.

7Cover with remaining sauce.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
