Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • approximately 30 jumbo pasta shells
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large can tomato sauce

Directions

    Cook pasta shells and drain.

    Thaw broccoli and drain well. Mix in a large bowl all ingredients except shells.

    Fill each shell with mixture and place in baking dish.

    Top with tomato sauce and bake at 350° until cheese is melted and bubbly.
