- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- nutmeg to taste
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 box large pasta shells
Directions

1Mix cheeses, egg and spices together until blended.

2Cook shells in 2 1/2 quarts salted water.

3Drain.

4Fill shells with cheese filling.

5Cover bottom of baking dish with sauce.

6Place layer of stuffed shells, cover with remaining sauce.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with more cheese.
