  • 1 lb. Sausage, Cooked & Crumbled
  • 1 Cup Chopped Spinach, Well Drained
  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Romano Cheese
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 16-18 Jumbo Shells, Cooked
  • Dash of Oregano & Basil

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, then fill shells.

    Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of a 13x9 pan.

    Put in shells and poor sauce over.

    Cover with foil and bake 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
