Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 (24 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1 (24 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (27 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. jumbo stuffing shells
Directions

1Fry hamburger and drain. Put hamburger in medium sized pot. Mix all the ingredients with hamburger in pot.

2Simmer for 20 minutes.

3Cook box of stuffing shells by directions on box, drain. When mix is simmered, take a spoon and fill your shells.

4Heat in oven until cheese is melted.

5Serve with garlic bread if desired. Great to freeze for later.
