- 1 box jumbo shells (for stuffing)
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
- 1 large tub Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cook shells in boiling water until they are soft.

2Rinse in cold water and set aside.

3Mic Ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese and nutmeg in a bowl.

4Pour enough spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish to cover bottom (approximately 1/3 jar).

5Use teaspoon and stuff shells with mixture of cheese. Place in baking dish.

6Cover with remaining sauce and bake approximately 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.

7Delicious and easy. Serve with salad and favorite garlic bread.

8Sprinkle stuffed shells with Parmesan cheese at serving time.
