Stuffed Shells

  • 1 box jumbo shells (for stuffing)
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
  • 1 large tub Ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Cook shells in boiling water until they are soft.

    Rinse in cold water and set aside.

    Mic Ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese and nutmeg in a bowl.

    Pour enough spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish to cover bottom (approximately 1/3 jar).

    Use teaspoon and stuff shells with mixture of cheese. Place in baking dish.

    Cover with remaining sauce and bake approximately 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.

    Delicious and easy. Serve with salad and favorite garlic bread.

    Sprinkle stuffed shells with Parmesan cheese at serving time.
