- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning spices
- salt and pepper
- 1 medium onion
Directions

1In a 5-quart pan, fill 1/2 full of water; add salt.
