Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) box shells
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 pkg. Ritz or saltine crackers
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Parboil shells per directions.

    Chop garlic and onions finely. In blender or food processor, blend crackers to make crumbs. Beat eggs.

    Add all ingredients together.

    Drain shells.

    Fill with cheese mixture.

    Put down in single layer on top of 1/2 jar of sauce in bottom of dish.

    Cover with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake at 350° for about 1/2 hour.
