- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- stuffing shells
- spaghetti sauce
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and garlic in skillet and drain fat.

2Blend next 3 ingredients in a bowl; stir in meat/garlic. Boil stuffing shells according to directions on package; drain.

3Fill each shell with cheese/meat mixture.

4Place in a baking pan; cover with spaghetti sauce.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Cover pan with foil.

7Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
