- 8 oz. large pasta shells
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 30 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. fresh, chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Boil noodles in water plus 1 tablespoon oil al dente (slightly under-cooked).

2Mix cheeses, parsley, salt, pepper and eggs. Drain shells.

3Run cold water over shells.

4Stuff each shell with cheese mixture and place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole or two small casseroles.

5Spoon sauce around.

6Dish is now ready for baking or freezing.

7If freezing, cover with heavy-duty foil, then thaw in refrigerator the night before cooking.
