- 1/2 lb. Chinese pea pods
- 2 1/2 oz. pkg. thinly sliced spiced beef
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Trim ends from pea pods.

2Bring 3 cups water to boil. Carefully lower pea pods into water.

3Simmer over medium heat 1 minute.

4Drain.

5Immediately immerse in cold water.

6Drain and refrigerate until chilled.

7Chop beef fine.

8Combine with rest of ingredients.

9Slice slit on one side of pea pod; fill with mixture and arrange in dish with sides touching to keep from falling. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

10Serve cold.
