Stuffed Spinach Shells

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells, cooked
  • 2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen creamed spinach, cooled
  • 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef, fried
  • 1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce

    Prepare shells and drain.

    Cool spinach and pour into large bowl.

    Add salt, pepper and cheese (Ricotta or cottage cheese). Mix fried beef and spaghetti sauce.

    Stuff cheese mixture into shells.

    Pour spaghetti sauce over shells.

    Use a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
