  • 5 squash
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese

    Saute sausage, onion and celery.

    Boil squash and scoop out pulp.
  3. 3
    Add to 1/2 cup stuffing mix and Parmesan cheese.

    Stuff shells.

    In greased casserole, put the tomato sauce and then add squash and bake at 350° for 35 minutes; after 25 minutes, add grated cheese on top of each squash.
