- 5 squash
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 rib celery
- 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
Directions

1Saute sausage, onion and celery.

2Boil squash and scoop out pulp.

3Add to 1/2 cup stuffing mix and Parmesan cheese.

4Stuff shells.

5In greased casserole, put the tomato sauce and then add squash and bake at 350° for 35 minutes; after 25 minutes, add grated cheese on top of each squash.
