- 8 thinly sliced cube steaks
- 8 slices bacon, partially cooked
- 1 c. packaged bread stuffing
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Directions

1Prepare bread stuffing as directed on package, adding minced onion and Italian seasoning. Spread 2 tablespoons of the stuffing on each steak and roll up like a jelly roll.

2Wrap each roll in a slice of bacon. Secure rolls with wooden picks.

3Grill over medium fire, turning frequently.

4Rolls are cooked when bacon is crisp and meat is rare to medium done, about 20 minutes over medium-hot fire.
