- 14 cup cottage cheese, low fat
- 1 tomatoes, cut in half
- 12 cucumber, peeled,seeded,shredded
- 1 teaspoon almonds, slivered
- 18 teaspoon paprika
- 18 teaspoon dill, dried
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Scoop out the insides of each tomato half and dice the insides.

2To a mixing bowl add cottage cheese, diced tomato, almonds, cucumber, salt and pepper to taste.

3Mix well.

4Stuff each tomato half with contents of mixing bowl.

5Sprinkle with paprika and dill.

6Chill and serve.
