- 4 Chicken Wings, whole
- 1/2 cup Pancake Mix
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
- 2 Large Organic Brown Eggs
- 1/2 tablespoon Allspice Seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon Ground Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground White Pepper
- 1/2 cup Eggnog
- dash Red Cayenne Pepper
- Waffles
- 1 cup Pancake Mix
- 1 cup Eggnog
- 2 Large Organic Brown Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
Directions

1To begin the waffles, add 1 cup of pancake mix to a bowl.

2Add ground nutmeg, sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon into bowl with pancake mix and slightly stir.

3In a separate bowl, separate the 2 egg yokes from the egg whites and add the yokes into the bowl with other ingredients.

4Whip the leftover egg whites until it begins to rise and foam.

5Add eggnog to bowl with ingredients and stir until slightly smooth.

6Add melted butter and whipped egg whites into bowl with ingredients and lightly fold. Do not over blend.

7Pre-heat your waffle maker to default temperature.

8Once the waffle maker is ready, add waffle mix into waffle maker for 3 to 4 minutes or until done and place onto plate.

9To begin the chicken, rinse chicken and cut the wings in half.

10Season your wings and drumettes with creole seasoning and coat with 2 tbsp or more of all purpose flour.

11In a separate bowl, add 2 eggs and eggnog. Stir until smooth.

12Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and allow to sit for a few minutes while you prepare the flour and seasoning bag.

13Pre-heat your pan to medium heat and add enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan completely.

14Get a large zip lock bag and add flour, pancake mix, ground allspice, paprika, garlic powder, red cayenne pepper, white ground pepper and ground thyme and shake until mixed.

15Add chicken from the eggnog and egg mix into the zip lock bag and shake until each piece is coated well.

16Fry chicken pieces for 7 to 8 minutes on each side and set to side to cool.

17Serve with warm syrup.
