- 2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 c. olive oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Purchase 6 firm tomatoes.

3Cut tomatoes in half.

4Scoop out pulp of tomatoes.

5Save pulp for further use. Fill tomatoes with bread crumbs.

6Sprinkle 1 tablespoon olive oil on each tomato.

7Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.

8Serve hot or cold.
