- 1/4 c. shredded American cheese
- lemon pepper
Directions

1Remove stem ends from tomatoes.

2Scoop out pulp, leaving 1/2-inch walls.

3Chop pulp; mix with remaining ingredients. Fill tomatoes with stuffing.

4Arrange in a circle in 9-inch pie dish.

5Cover loosely and cook on High for 3 minutes.

6Rotate dish 1/2 turn; cook until hot, 3 to 4 minutes longer.

7Garnish with parsley if desired.
