  • bread crumbs (fresh)
  • mayonnaise
  • grated cheese
  • green pepper, onion and celery, chopped (optional)
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped garlic

Directions

    Hollow out tomatoes.

    Turn upside down for a few minutes to drain.

    Chop tomato pulp.

    Add other ingredients to make a thick filling.

    Fill tomatoes and top with cheese.
