- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 lb. ham, chopped small
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 well beaten egg
- 2/3 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste

2Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp, leaving about 1/4-inch thick shell.
