  • 1 large loaf bread, cubed
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. warm broth

Directions

    Melt oleo; add celery and onion.

    Cook until transparent.

    Add to bread and seasonings; mix well.

    Add broth and lightly mix well.

    Make into balls and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. Makes 1-inch balls.
