  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

    Mix together and top breasts (use 1/4 cup on each).

    Fold sides in and roll up.

    Place, seam side down, in 12 x 7 x 2-inch pan. Pour sauce over.

    Bake, covered, in 350° oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.

    Uncover.

    Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese and paprika.

    Bake 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
