  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 4 qt. soft cornbread
  • turkey giblets and neck
  • 1 pkg. seasoned bread cubes (optional)

Directions

    Melt oleo.

    Add celery, onions, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes.

    Mix with cornbread.

    Add giblets and meat from neck, well cooked.

    For more moisture, add drippings from turkey.

    For more seasoning and spicy taste, add a package of seasoned bread cubes. Bake at 350°.
