  • 2 c. 7-Up or Sauterne wine
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
  • garlic salt (optional)

    Buy whole turkey breasts.

    Remove all skin and bone.

    Cut into pieces about the size of your hand.

    Refrigerate turkey in marinade at least 8 hours and up to 48 hours.

    (The longer it marinates, the less cooking time it takes.) Makes 1 quart of marinade (12 servings).
