- 1 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
- garlic salt (optional)

1Buy whole turkey breasts.

2Remove all skin and bone.

3Cut into pieces about the size of your hand.

4Refrigerate turkey in marinade at least 8 hours and up to 48 hours.

5(The longer it marinates, the less cooking time it takes.) Makes 1 quart of marinade (12 servings).
