- chopped liver and heart of turkey
- butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
- salt & pepper & nutmeg to taste
Directions

1Soak hard rolls in water and/or milk.

2Cook liver and turkey in butter or margarine on stovetop.

3Saute onion.

4Squeeze excess moisture from rolls; add to turkey and onion mixture.

5Add salt, pepper & nutmeg to taste. Add eggs & parsley.
