  • 3 hard rolls
  • 1 onion
  • chopped parsley
  • chopped liver and heart of turkey
  • butter or margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • salt & pepper & nutmeg to taste

Directions

    Soak hard rolls in water and/or milk.

    Cook liver and turkey in butter or margarine on stovetop.

    Saute onion.

    Squeeze excess moisture from rolls; add to turkey and onion mixture.

    Add salt, pepper & nutmeg to taste. Add eggs & parsley.

    Place in turkey just before roasting.
