- 1 c. butter
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 12 c. bread cubes
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dried sage
- 1 tsp. pepper
- poultry seasoning to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet and cook onion and celery until tender. Place bread and seasonings in a large bowl and pour butter mixture over, mixing gently.

2For dry stuffing, add little or no liquid.

3For moister stuffing, add broth to moisten crumbs.

4Cool. Place in bird when ready to bake.

5Enough for 12 pound turkey.
