  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1/3 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine (lite)
  • 2 c. Stove Top chicken or pork flavor stuffing mix
  • 4 pork chops (boneless and fatless)
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Drain peaches, reserving syrup.

    Mix water and margarine in a bowl.

    Stir in stuffing mix, half of the peaches and syrup.

    Arrange chops in baking pan.

    Cover with stuffing mixture and top with remaining peaches.

    Drizzle with mustard.

    Bake 60 minutes.
