- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 1/3 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine (lite)
- 2 c. Stove Top chicken or pork flavor stuffing mix
- 4 pork chops (boneless and fatless)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Drain peaches, reserving syrup.

3Mix water and margarine in a bowl.

4Stir in stuffing mix, half of the peaches and syrup.

5Arrange chops in baking pan.

6Cover with stuffing mixture and top with remaining peaches.

7Drizzle with mustard.

8Bake 60 minutes.
