- 2 lb. yellow squash, cooked and drained
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 box stuffing mix (6 serving size)
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Slice squash thinly; cook and drain.

2In a large mixing bowl, empty the box of stuffing and add the amount of water directed on the package.

3Melt the margarine.

4Add margarine, onion, soup, sour cream and squash to stuffing in bowl; mix together.

5Spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.

6Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.

7Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
