- 1/2 cups Diced Onion
- 1 cup Diced Celery
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1 can 17 Oz Creamed Corn
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 3 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1 loaf Bread (any Type Of Good Sandwich Bread), Cubed
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Directions

1Heat oven to 375 degrees (F).

2Saute the onion and celery in 1/2 cup of butter until tender, about 5 minutes on medium heat. Add creamed corn, salt, pepper, water and eggs. Mix well and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes.

3Pour still warm mixture over the bread cubes. Mix well with hands and form into balls, a little bigger than a golf ball. Line balls on a sheet tray. Brush the balls melted butter, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
