- 1 1/2 loaves bread (day old)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, divided
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 can water
Directions

1Cube bread.

2Saute onion and celery until limp (not brown) in oleo.

3Add to bread.

4Add 1/2 can of soup, thyme and pepper.

5Mix well.

6Form into 12 balls.

7Place in a greased baking dish.
