- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- onion to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can water, divided
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. regular seasoned bread cubes
Directions

1Mix seasoned bread cubes as directed on package; set aside. Brown and drain beef; season with pepper and onion to taste. Spread meat in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

2Add 1/2 can water to 1 can soup; pour over meat.

3Pack bread crumbs over meat; poke holes (using long-tined fork) in stuffing mixture.

4Add 1/2 can water to second can of soup; pour over stuffing.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
