Stuffing-On-Pork Chops

  • 4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
  • 3 c. soft bread cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. melted oleo
  • 1/4 c. water
  • dash of poultry seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Brown chops, both sides.

    Place in baking dish.

    Lightly mix together bread cubes, onions, oleo, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning.

    Place mound of stuffing on each chop.

    Blend soup and 1/2 cup water; pour over all. Bake at 350° for 90 minutes or until tender.
