- 4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
- 3 c. soft bread cubes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. melted oleo
- 1/4 c. water
- dash of poultry seasoning
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Brown chops, both sides.

2Place in baking dish.

3Lightly mix together bread cubes, onions, oleo, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning.

4Place mound of stuffing on each chop.

5Blend soup and 1/2 cup water; pour over all. Bake at 350° for 90 minutes or until tender.

6Makes 4 servings.
