Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef we like a 80/20 mix for burgers
  • 1/4 cup cabernet
  • wine
  • 1 tablespoon garlic coarse ground
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt Country Bob's
  • stuffing
  • 1 cup sweet onion slivered red, Patti used a potato peeler
  • 1 cup mushrooms thin sliced
  • 1/2 cup garlic thin sliced
  • 4 pieces bacon chopped
  • 2 tablespoons wine Cabernet
  • blue cheese to taste

Directions

    In a bowl mix the ingredients for the meat and set aside.

    Directions: Stuffing Mix

    Add your onions, garlic, mushrooms, bacon and wine to a skillet. (We like cast iron) Cook until just soft and set aside.

    Stuff the burgers.
