Ingredients
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 pkg. lime jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. canned milk, chilled and whipped
Directions

1Brown coconut in butter until golden brown, stirring constantly.

2Add the cracker crumbs and mix well.

3Press 1/2 of the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch pan.

4Dissolve jello in hot water; stir in sugar and lemon juice.

5Chill until slightly thick. Fold in whipped milk.

6Spoon into pan.

7Top with remaining crumbs. Chill until firm.

8Garnish with whipped topping and a cherry. Excellent.

9Serves 8.
