  • 1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 can French green beans, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 to 6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • small pkg. almonds

    Melt oleo in long dish.

    Pour over crackers and almonds.

    Mix well.

    Drain corn and spread over bottom of pan.

    Cover with green beans.

    Mix sour cream, soup, onions and cheese.

    Pour over beans.

    Sprinkle crackers and almonds; mix over top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
