- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 pounds Fresh Salmon

1When buying Salmon: I prefer the Atlantic Salmon (its cheap and tasty!).

3Ask for the skin to be removed and for a center-cut section.

4My husband and I eat light and we eat 1/2 pounds of Salmon together and let our veggies be the main part of the meal.

5You can increase this amount depending on your portion preference.

7Turn broiler on to Low on oven.

9Sprinkle side one of salmon with salt and pepper and squeeze lime juice over it.

11Pour olive oil over the top and rub gently with fingers.

13Place fish on sheet pan and under broiler for 5 7 minutes.

15Remove fish from oven and flip over.

17Remove skin if you havent already done so, and repeat salt, pepper, oil and juice and place back under broiler for 5-7 more minutes.
