Sugar Coated Peanuts

   Combine all the ingredients in a heavy skillet and cook until all the liquid is dissolved, stirring constantly.

   When liquid turns to sugar, pour on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.

   Let cool and store in an airtight container.
