  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream margarine until soft in mixing bowl.

    Gradually add sugar, creaming after each addition until well blended.

    Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.

    Sift dry ingredients together and add to cream mixture.

    Blend and chill dough.

    Roll out dough, small amount at a time, to 1/8-inch thickness on lightly floured board. Cut out.

    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375° for 5 to 7 minutes (no longer).

    Frost with Valentine Cookie Frosting year 'round.
