  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. thick cream
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg and salt, then add cream.

    Beat well.

    Add butter and vanilla and pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 300° for about 30 minutes or until set.
