- 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 lb. frozen puff pastry, thawed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Place pastry on sugar sprinkled chopping board.

3Sprinkle pastry with 1 tablespoon sugar and finely chopped nuts.

4Roll pastry into 12 x 6-inch rectangle; add more sugar to keep pastry coated.

5Cut rectangle crosswise into 1/4-inch thick strips.

6Twist strips and arrange them on lightly greased baking sheet.

7Press ends to keep from untwisting.

8Bake in batches in the middle of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

9The crisps may be made up to two days in advance and kept in airtight containers.

10Makes 48 crisps.
