  • 2 qt. milk
  • 14 pkg. Equal
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Boil rice, milk and salt for 1 hour over medium heat.

    Stir often.

    Rice should be well done.

    Remove from heat.

    Add vanilla and Equal.

    If runny, thicken with beaten egg.

    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
