- 3 c. low-fat milk
- 1 pkg. Jell-O sugar-free vanilla pudding (cook type, not instant)
- 1/2 c. Minute rice (raw)
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Over a very low heat and stirring constantly, whisk together the milk and the pudding.

2When blended, add rice and stir.

3Bring to a soft boil.

4Be sure to keep stirring or it will stick to the bottom of the pan.

5Cook for the length of time specified on the pudding box.
