- 1- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 whole Egg White
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Real Vanilla
- 18 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 16 ounces, weight Whole, Raw Almonds
Directions

1Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.

2Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly butter.

3In a large bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.

4In another large bowl, whisk the egg white until slightly frothy.

5Stir in the vanilla and salt.

6Add the almonds to the egg mixture and toss to coat.

7Then pour the almonds into the cinnamon and sugar, toss to coat.

8Spread onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, remove and toss, place back in the oven for 10 more minutes.

9Remove one last time, toss and bake for 5 additional minutes.

10Let cool slightly on the pan before snacking!

11Use a slotted spatula or spoon when transferring the almonds!
