- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Combine sugars and sour cream in large saucepan.

2Cover over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking without stirring to 234° on candy thermometer or until mixture forms soft ball in cold water.

3Remove from heat. Add vanilla and nuts.

4Stir gently until all nuts are cooked. Pour on wax paper.

5Separate nuts with fork.

6Let dry; store in airtight container.
