  • 3 c. nuts (peanuts, whole almonds, pecan halves, walnuts or a mix of your favorite nuts)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, bring nuts, sugar and water to a boil.

    Cook, stirring occasionally, until syrup mixture has caramelized, and the nuts are well coated, about 12 to 15 minutes.

    (The bottom of the skillet should appear dry.)
