- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups pecans, coarsely chopped or 1 lb pecans
- 12 cup butter, melted
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy.

2Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating till stiff peaks form.

3Fold in pecans.

4Pour butter into a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan.

5Spread pecan mixture over butter.

6Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min, stirring every 10 minute Cool and store in an airtight container.
