Sugared Sour Cream Nuts

  • 1/2 c. lite sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 12 oz. English walnuts

Directions

    With a wooden spoon, mix together sour cream and sugar.

    Cook on medium heat to 223°, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and English walnuts.

    Stir until completely coated.

    Spread on waxed paper to cool.

    When cool, store nuts in airtight container.

    Can be stored up to 3 months.
