- 1/2 c. lite sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 12 oz. English walnuts
Directions

1With a wooden spoon, mix together sour cream and sugar.

2Cook on medium heat to 223°, stirring constantly.

3Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and English walnuts.

4Stir until completely coated.

5Spread on waxed paper to cool.

6When cool, store nuts in airtight container.

7Can be stored up to 3 months.
