  • 1 pound whole grains of your choice (oats, flax, rye, barley, etc.)
  • 1 cup seeds/nuts of your choice (pumpkin, almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Other variations:
  • Add 2 tablespoons of freshly sqeezed orange or lemon juice
  • Your favorite spice blends
