- 1 cup seeds/nuts of your choice (pumpkin, almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Other variations:
- Add 2 tablespoons of freshly sqeezed orange or lemon juice
- Your favorite spice blends
