- 1 c. cleaned crushed strawberries (approximately 1 lb. or 2 1/2 c. whole berries)
- 3/4 c. sugar-free strawberry soda
- 2 pkg. sugar substitute
- 3 oz. pkg. wild strawberry sugar-free gelatin (dry)
Directions

1Combine crushed fruit and strawberry soda in a 2-quart microwave bowl.

2Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes at High (100%) or until mixture comes to a boil and boil for 1 minute.

3Stir in sugar substitute and gelatin.

4Blend until gelatin is dissolved.

5Pour into sterilized jars.

6Cover lightly and let stand at room temperature to cool.

7Cover tightly and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

8Makes 1 1/4 cups.
