- 1 lb. round steak, teriyaki cut in thin strips
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
- 1 c. green pepper, cut into squares
- 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1In skillet, brown beef in oil.

2Add vegetables, soup and soy sauce.

3Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes until meat is tender.

4Stir now and then; blend cornstarch and water; stir into mixture.

5Cook, stirring until thickened.

6Serve with cooked rice.
